What you're buying

A data profile (eSIM) for a country or region, with a day and gigabyte limit. Data only: no phone number, no calls, no SMS.

The price is final, in euros, VAT included.

Delivery

We send the QR to the address you give us as soon as payment clears, and it stays available on the order page. Check the address is right before you pay.

If the provider fails to issue the eSIM, we tell you and refund you in full.

Requirements

You need an eSIM-capable phone that isn't carrier-locked. You confirm yours is before paying; if it isn't, don't buy: the profile is issued to you and can't be reused.

Validity

The days start counting when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy it. When the days or the gigabytes run out, the profile stops carrying data.

Right of withdrawal

The eSIM is digital content delivered instantly. Before paying you expressly agree that performance begins immediately and acknowledge that, once delivered, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (article 103.m of the Spanish consumer protection act, TRLGDCU).

If the eSIM was never delivered, or can't be installed and hasn't been used, we refund you.

What we don't control

Coverage and speed depend on local networks. We answer for the eSIM being delivered and working as described; not for how fast a given network is at a given moment.

Complaints

Write to us first: almost everything gets sorted by email. Failing that, you can use the EU online dispute resolution platform or the courts where you live.
