Will my phone work?
If it's an iPhone XS or later, a Pixel 3 or later, a Galaxy S20 or later, or almost any flagship from the last few years, yes. It must not be carrier-locked. To be sure, dial *#06#: if an “EID” shows up, it supports eSIM.
When do the days start counting?
From the first time the eSIM connects to a network at your destination. Not from when you buy it, and not from when you install it.
Is that the final price?
Yes. Price in euros, VAT included, no charges on arrival. What the button says is what gets charged.
What if it doesn't work?
Write to us with your order number. If the eSIM can't be installed, or gets no signal at your destination and hasn't been used, we refund you.
