Your email address, the plan you buy and the amount. At checkout, Stripe also asks for the cardholder name and billing address: your bank uses them to verify the payment, and they tell us which country the sale is taxed in.
Your card details are handled by Stripe directly. We never see or store them. We do store an identifier Stripe generates for each card, which cannot be used to charge it or to work out its number; we use it only to detect fraudulent use of referral codes.
We don't ask for ID or any other personal data.
To deliver your eSIM and its QR, to help you if something breaks, and to meet our tax and accounting duties. Legal basis: performance of the contract and a legal obligation.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also measure in aggregate how the shop is used. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We use Stripe to take payments and also to detect fraudulent ones. Its script runs on every page of the shop and collects information about the device you browse with — browser and system type, and how you reached the payment — to tell a person buying apart from an automated attempt with a stolen card.
This is not analytics and is not used for advertising, which is why it isn't in the cookie banner. It is a security measure needed to provide the service and to protect you if someone tries to use your card here. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing fraud, and performance of the contract.

The eSIM provider that issues your profile, Stripe for payment, and Resend for email. Each one processes the data only for its own job.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, always under the safeguards of article 46 GDPR.
Order data for six years, as accounting rules require. Your email goes sooner if you ask and there are no live orders.
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Write to the address in the footer and we'll deal with it within a month.
